Standard TeX Macros For Special Symbols |
The following tables show how to typeset a variety of special symbols using standard TeX macros. These tables were adapted (with corrections) from Botway and Biemesderfer (1989). The tables labeled "math mode" contains symbols that may only be used while in math mode; thus, they should appear in your document enclosed between two dollar signs (e.g. $\diamondsuit$).
