Many new and enhanced Web services developed at the High Energy Astronomy Science Archive Research Center (HEASARC) are demonstrated here. In the past year Astrobrowse (Heikkila et al, this conference) has matured into an operational, distributed system which can query thousands of astronomical data resources. The HEASARC's W3Browse catalog and archive service (McGlynn et al, this conference) now permit users to cross-correlate tables dynamically and its archive is being integrated with Argus proposal tracking system. The SkyView virtual telescope (Scollick et al, this conference) is being reorganized to allow users to access is powerful but complex capabilities more easily. Tools to convert dates, positions and energies have been created or updated. The HEASARC's hugely successful educational pages have been greatly enhanced.

An overall thrust of these changes is that we no longer deal with our network resources in isolation. Although we continue to put new resources on-line, much of our effort is directed towards enabling astronomers (and the general public) to understand and manage the burgeoning resources on the Web.
